Overview

Our client is currently seeking architects to join our teams in Michigan and Ohio! This position has a potential for remote and/or hybrid work.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for applying diversified principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and projects
  • Ability to take the client's vision and ideas from the Project Manager and turn them into workable plans
  • Prepare and modify reports for projects, including construction scheduling, environmental impact studies, and other necessary documentation
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure QA/QC
  • Responsible for making design decisions independently and reviews RFIs and submittals
  • May be the on-site representative at client meetings
  • May assist with meeting notes, budget, and fee scheduling for each project
  • Responsible for the construction documentation and insuring code compliance for designs
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others is a must in this role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • 3 years or more architecture experience
  • Ideal candidate will be a registered architect in Michigan and/or Ohio
  • Solid Revit skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to mentor
  • Drive and motivation
  • The ability to work independently without a lot of direct supervision
