We are currently seeking an Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) SME to conduct an IMINT training course. At the end of the IMINT course, each student should be able to manage collected information via satellite and aerial photography, exploit and analyze various types of images to retrieve information of intelligence value, and produce intelligence reports based on the imagery analysis. IMINT mission is focused on training, mentoring, and assisting staff elements in Kosovo Ministry of Defense, General Staff, and subordinate military headquarters. The training course will take place in Pristina, Kosovo.
In this role you will be expected to:
Develop and implement program of instruction “training course” for IMINT
Assist in developing doctrine for imagery intelligence and proper documentation
Train on role of IMINT during offensive, defensive, and stability operations or support of civil authority tasks
Develop understanding of the relation of IMINT with other intelligence disciplines and how these disciplines complement one another
Develop management process of collected intelligence information
Success in this task will be consistent with U.S. Government, NATO HQs, and the Gov. of XKS priorities, policies, and standards
Responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information and property provided for use
We're looking for someone who is/has:
Secret clearance required
A bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in the field of SIGINT/EW, with intelligence analysis, Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), open source collection, or strategic intelligence analysis in the DoD, DoD partners or Intelligence community
3+ years of experience in working directly with senior leaders and HQ's staff
May be required to participate in evasive driving training and handgun firing range training while attending the Foreign Area Counter Terrorism (FACT) course
Restricted from participating in any combat or combat related missions
Fluent in English
Exercise a high level of personal tact, discretion, and diplomacy
Must be medically and physically fit to deploy and perform all just duties
Knowledgeable in modern signal intelligence & electronic warfare doctrine and training
Knowledgeable in signal intelligence & electronic warfare equipment
Ability to manage collected information via satellite and aerial photography
Ability to exploit and analyze various types of images
Knowledge of OSINT tools and platforms
Experience with public source collection
Ability to produce intelligence plans, reports, and strategies
Ability to conduct effective mentoring and transformation training
