Terrestris is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide administrative support to the Federal Trade Commission in several areas including project and program management, physical security, building facilities and maintenance, asset, mail, and space management, library services, internal communications, and stenographic services management. This role is located full time at the FDC Headquarters in Washington DC. All candidates must be able to commute on site daily.

What your day looks like

  • Shall develop an understanding of the organization’s overall goal, vision and objectives while recommending the tasks and activities needed to evaluate OCASO and OED’s programs.
  • Document existing business or program operations
  • Identify process and program improvement opportunities
  • Identify ways to increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes through system process analysis
  • Support implementation of business solutions
  • Provide project analysis documentation including business requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams and future state proposals.

Qualifications

  • Have at least 10 years of business analysis experience
