At Talent Acquisition Concepts, we help our clients win at Talent Acquisition. With years of experience in countless talent acquisition projects, we apply industry best practices and innovative solutions to help our clients become talent magnets. We transform our client’s recruiting through re-engineering of recruiting processes, deployment of new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development, authentic employment branding campaigns, Talent Management and retention strategies. We also provide Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, Executive Search, Staffing and Business Development Support to small businesses

So, what will the Entry Level Recruiter at Talent Acquisition Concepts do?

You work in a fast-paced environment helping our clients obtain the talent they need to grow. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting processes, from candidate identification, through client presentation to offer and onboarding. You will work with leadership to build processes from the ground up, making continuous improvements and creating order out of chaos using the latest tools and technologies. Best of all, you’ll get to learn from an industry leader while helping small businesses achieve their goals.

What does a typical day look like for the Entry Level Recruiter?

You will:

  • Learn and apply internet search techniques to identify and document qualified candidates for open job requisitions (sourcing).
  • Apply your creativity to reach out to and connect with candidates through phone, text and email.
  • Vet, document and prepare candidates for presentation to clients
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from those interviews
  • Assist Senior staff with the negotiation, extension and collection of employment offers
  • Conduct appropriate assessments on candidates
  • Work on a wide variety of ad hoc tasks in support of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

What does the growth potential look like?

  • The Entry Level Recruiter can develop into a Recruiter and eventually a Senior Recruiter. With enough growth, the potential is limitless.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the leader we’re looking for if you have:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency with Internet search/research techniques, i.e. Boolean search
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication, writing, and phone skills
  • A strong sense of ownership and obsession with delighting customers

We’re extra impressed by folks with:

  • Experience in recruiting or HR
  • IT know-how
  • Drive, initiative and creativity
